Tierra
Tierra, Surrounding Cuisine is the new gastronomic proposal in Bogotá that aims to highlight the flavors of Latin cuisine, with a menu focused on the flavors of Peruvian cuisine, made by chef Adolfo Cavalie.
Today the menu of the place is focused on highlighting the flavors of Latin cuisine, with different dishes whose ingredients were natural and from local producers who respect the land. In addition, they have a small garden in the same restaurant from which they constantly harvest some key ingredients for the preparation of the dishes.
The name TIERRA was born with the idea of transmitting to each client what they are eating, quality, traceability and commitment to the environment. All this is supported by the design and architecture of the place.
The goal of the restaurant is to highlight the ingredients of Latin American cuisine with organic and sustainable products.

Azahar Coffee
It is conscious coffee. Named after the flower of the coffee plant, this place is a good place to taste Colombian coffee and transparently support its producers.
In Azahar they are exporters of green coffee and they roast the coffee only to sell it in the local market and to use it in their stores. They tour the country's farms, meet and share stories about farmers and their families. They are committed to buying coffee directly from producers, at a fair price. They have two stores in Bogotá, in Parque 93 and San Felipe.
The filtered coffee is prepared by the barista at the counter and brought to the table with a card that describes the profile of the cup. There they specify the name of the producer, the municipality and the department of origin, the height of cultivation, the notes of its flavor and the purchase price from the producer, which is educational and at the same time responsible.
In addition to the quality of the coffee and the free tastings and events they do, they offer pastries, breakfasts and lunches with vegan options, a set of good reasons to visit them.
